We had the pleasure on May 11th, 2019, to serve as the "house band" for now annual DANCE BROOKLYN concert presented by PurElements An Evolution in Dance, Inc.. It was an awesome night of dance & showcasing from various dance companies located here in Brooklyn with the Nubian Messengers African soul/funk sound to punctuate each groups entrance onto the stage.
NUBIAN MESSENGERS was informed that night that we are the 1st band to perform in the brand new 1,000-seat theater at the request of PurElements which is the 1st dance company to perform and present there as well. What an exciting night supporting our family, friends, and colleagues in arts, culture & community!
